At Rakta Sanjeevani, we believe that the most effective antidote to the twin crises of unemployment and substance abuse is purpose. Project Urja is our dedicated youth intervention initiative designed to steer the next generation away from darkness and toward a life of dignity and self-reliance. Recognizing that frustration often drives bright young minds into the trap of drugs and alcohol, we have built a holistic support system that combines aggressive awareness with practical career solutions. However, awareness alone is not enough; it must be backed by opportunity. Project Urja bridges the gap between education and employability through vocational training, competitive exam coaching, and skill development workshops that make rural youth market-ready. By providing career counseling, we transform job seekers into skilled professionals, ensuring that financial instability never becomes a barrier to success. Through a blend of sports, moral education, and livelihood support, Project Urja channels the boundless energy of Assam’s youth into nation-building, proving that when a young person has a skill in their hands and a goal in their sights, they choose ambition over addiction.
